Phonology Reading Group

On November 27, 2018 we had the first meeting of our Warsaw-based Phonology Reading Group, followed by a session on language standardisation on December 11.

On December 12, we had the pleasure to listen to a guest talk by Małgorzata Ćavar from Indiana University on "The role of the tongue root in speech production. Results of a 3D ultrasound study and their theoretical implications".

We plan to meet regularly every 2-3 weeks to discuss various topics in phonology and phonetics. All those interested in phonology and related disciplines are welcome to join! The next meeting will take place around January 9.

Stay tuned!
